Begin by removing the x2 nylocs and x1 bolt that secure the latch and lock cover to the door.

Remove the lock cover.

Unbolt the other x2 nylocs that fasten the latch to the door.

Remove the latch from the actuator and door.

Remove the plastic barrel from the new latch and old latch.

Undo each of the bolts that secure the body of the latch and swap the galv parts from the old latch to the new.

Secure the galv parts to the new latch.

Fasten the plastic barrel back through the galv latch part.

Undo the locking mechanism on the old latch and remove the actuator pin and r-clip.

Reinstall the actuator pin and r-clip on the new latch.

Ensure you apply loctite on to the bolt that secures the locking mechanism together.

Fasten the new latch on to the actuator and door.

Reinstall the lock cover.
