Sillicone canopy and rivet hold down brackets and floor mounts using zinc sealed rivets. Only the outer hole on the hold down bracket rivets through the floor mount. Do this to both ends.

For a 15x & 17x you will need to drill the floor mount holes out. Using a 90 degree drill, drill through the canopy with a 5mm drill bit using the holes in the floor mount as a guide. Make sure to debure both sides then rivet the rest of the floor mount to the canopy.

Rivet inside floor mount with 90 degree rivet gun making sure the floor mounts are facing the correct way with the tabs facing up. Place sub floor down and screw down using zinc M6x25 countersunk self threading screws, making sure they are flush with the ply.

If a battery drawer is included, the sub floor will not be installed on the side that the drawer is. This will be noted on the MRP job sheet. Your sub floor is now complete.
