Step 1 of 6

If your canopy has been supplied with short sides ensure these are fitted and the canopy is then positioned so the antiluce fastener is central to the slotted hole in the short side.

Step 2 of 6

Once canopy is in its final position you should end up with a 10mm gap between headboard and front of Canopy. In the instance of fitting a 17x to a double cab tray please position canopy flush with the rear of the tray.

Step 3 of 6

Using the supplied brake paste, ensure both m6 x 30 stainless bolts are covered. This will aid in future removals and refits.

4
Step 4 of 6

Ensure the m6 spring washer and flat washer are fitted as per this video instruction on both bolts.

5
Step 5 of 6

Using the black flat sheet metal bracket on top and the raw bracket underneath the bolts can now be fitted and finger tightened.

6
Step 6 of 6

When all brackets have been loosely fitted (4 or 6 in total, depending on canopy size and length). Using a 10mm ratchet spanner the brackets can be tightened to complete the securing of the canopy to the tray.
