Dynammic App - Tyre Repair

Tracks live repair execution using built-in stage timers (Cut-Out, Glue & Fill, Cook) for every logged injury. Ensures exact labor time and cure duration tracking for quality assurance.

Step 1 of 14

Access Tyre Repair Module

Tap the hamburger icon located on top of the screen, open the navigation menu, and select Tyre Repair under the Tyres section.

Select Job for Repair

Under the Repairs pending list, find the target Quote Number and tap Repair.

Start Cut-Out Phase

For Injury 1, tap Start under the CUT OUT section. A prompt window asking "START CUT OUT?" will pop up—tap YES to initiate the timer.

Proceed to Cut-Out Details

Tap Continue under the CUT OUT section to open the Cut-Out details form.

Required Cut-Out Information

Enter all required parameters:

Injury classification
Dimensions (R Dimension, A Dimension, C Dimension)
Broken structure cords and Structure cord condition
Penetration toggles (Protector ply penetrated, Worker ply penetrated, Any separation visible)
Max skive depth and Patch used
Tap Add photos to attach inspection photos Media Required: App Screenshot of the fully populated Cut-Out detail form.

Once all details are filled out, tap Cut out complete to save the entry and finalize the Cut-Out stage for the injury.

Verify Cut-Out Timestamp

Once completed, the screen will update to display a green checkmark along with the user name, date, and completion timestamp under the CUT OUT section. Media Required: App Screenshot showing the CUT OUT section marked completed with the date and time timestamp.

Start Glue & Fill Phase

For Injury 1, tap Start under the GLUE & FILL section.

Complete Glue & Fill Phase

Once Glue & Fill is finished, tap Continue to complete the stage.

Enter Cook Time and Photos

Input the required duration in Hours and Minutes under Cook time, tap Add photos to attach relevant pictures, and tap Start cook to initiate curing.

<p><strong>Complete or Recook Phase</strong> Tap <strong>Continue</strong> under the COOK section to bring up the <strong>COMPLETE COOK?</strong> pop-up window:</p><ul><li><p><strong>If Recook is needed:</strong> Select <strong>RECOOK</strong> and re-enter the required cook time and details before proceeding.</p></li><li><p><strong>If no additional cooking is needed:</strong> Tap <strong>YES</strong> to complete the stage.</p></li></ul><p></p>

Complete or Recook Phase Tap Continue under the COOK section to bring up the COMPLETE COOK? pop-up window:

If Recook is needed: Select RECOOK and re-enter the required cook time and details before proceeding.
If no additional cooking is needed: Tap YES to complete the stage.

Repeat Process for Remaining Injuries

Repeat the full sequence (Cut-Out, Glue & Fill, Cook) for all additional injuries logged on the tyre.

Verify Completed Repair in Queue

Once all repair stages are finished, navigate back to the main Tyre Repairs screen. The processed Quote Number will automatically move to the Recently repaired section displaying a green checkmark and completion timestamp.
