Credit card payment (US & UK)/Sending invoice link to customer for credit card payment
US & UK customer can pay by credit card, but we will need to send the invoice link to them & they will process themself which is powered by Stripe (2.9% surcharge)

US & UK customer can pay through credit card, but we will need to send the invoice link to them & they will process themself which is powered by Stripe (2.9% surcharge)

  1. Login to Xero

  2. Click on Business module/Sales > Invoices

  3. Search for Company name/Inv number

  4. Click on Inv > 3 dots > get Link

  5. Copy link and email to customer - this will automatically add a 2.9% credit card fee.

  6. If there is no invoice eg a deposit, go to step 2.

To send a receipt from Xero

  1. Login to Xero
  2. Go to Accounting > Bank Accounts
  3. Click on payment > Options > Send Receipt
