Before bolting the side of the cargo barrier to the wellside drill from the cargo barrier through the side of the wellside tub.
Ensure to use a drill stop to prevent drilling too far
Attach the side of the cargo barriers to the side of the wellside.
Move the bracket till it is 5mm away from the cargo barrier.
Use the pre-made tracer to determine where to drill the new holes on the cargo barrier. Do this on the bottom and trace for the top as well.
Use M8 x 20 Hex Heads with M8 flat washers and M8 Nyloc nuts to tighten the the cargo barrier together.
Do the same as the step above with attaching the cargo barrier together.
Attach the sensor to the middle of the cargo barrier using double-sided tape.
Cut the area that has been marked out, and remove the tie-down point.
Fit the bracket to where the tie down point was.
Remove the area marked out.
Area Removed.
Remove the tabs on the bottom of the arch box.
Trim the side of the arch box.
Measure 180mm from the bottom of the arch box and place a mark.
Place the bracket on the mark and closest to the edge as shown. Mark the holes for drilling.
Drill the holes.
Drill the front hole wider.
Place an M8 Hex Head with an M8 washer at the front of the arch box to attach it to the wellside.
Fit the back of the arch box to the brackets using an M8 x 25 Hex Head and an M8 washer with an M10 nut and an M8 Nyloc nut.
Ensure to leave a one-meter gap between the arch boxes for the drawer to fit.
Measure the distance between each side of the cargo barrier. to cut the shelf to length to fit the ranger.
Once the ply and angled alloy have been cut to the right fitting length. Refit the angled alloy to the ply.
Screw the second angled alloy piece once it has been cut back to the plywood.
Place the shelf into the front of the canopy ensure it fits tight and secure.
Drill two holes on each side of the shelf.
Drilled holes.
Insert 4 M6 CSK bolts into the holes.
Place a M6 nyloc on each of the bolts and tighten.
Finished.
