Lay the two sides out.

Use an 8.5 mm drill bit to drill the end out the end of the roof tray.

Clamp down on one side when fitting cross members.

Step 7 of 15Fit the crossmember into the side rail, and fit the retainers as shown.

Step 8 of 15Fit retainer using M6 x 16 SS hex head bolt and M6 bolt.

Step 9 of 15At the rear of the retainer, tighten using an M8 x 25mm bolt with an M8 Nyloc nut.

Step 10 of 15Fit two M6 x 16 into the top of the retainer, then tighten.

Step 11 of 15Tighten the rear.

Step 12 of 15Fit the rest of the crossmembers using a retainer and instead of an M8 x 25mm bolt use two M6 x 16mm bolts.

Step 13 of 15Tighten all crossmembers and retainers to the side rail

Step 14 of 15Attach Wind deflecter to front off roof tray as shown.
