 Before operating the steamer, the operator checks that the temperature has reached 100°, and confirms the chain conveyor speed, the water pump power, and the steam valve.

Open the ice water valve next to the 1223 water pump to supply ice water to the 1222 water tank.

The noodles are cooked for about 5 minutes with steam and hot water in the steamer, which is set to 100°C
