• Load Security: Is the load properly restrained?
• Load Stability: Is there any potential for load instability during transit?
• Mass Compliance: Is the load within the allowable weight limits for the truck and axles?
• Load Distribution: Is the load evenly distributed?
• Documentation: Has a pre-departure been completed and load manifest available?
• Vehicle Inspection: Has the truck been visually inspected for obvious damages?
• Communication: Is the Driver aware of any important details related to the load?
• Fatigue: Does the Driver look ok, and has he signed a fatigue declaration?

• Is there any signs of load shift?
• Was the load restrained appropriately?

Incident Reporting & Investigation

1️⃣ Report Immediately – Notify your supervisor of any incident, accident, or non-compliance.

2️⃣ Secure the Area – If safe, make the area safe and preserve the scene.

3️⃣ Provide Details – Report what happened, who was involved, location, and any injuries/damage.

4️⃣ Record the Incident – Log details in the Safety Compliance System before the end of your shift.
