Fit the low-profile bar to the drawer unit with M8 x 35mm bolts, washers, and channel nuts. Ensure the bar is aligned with the specific hole indicated in the step above.
Lift the stowloks to the front of the wellside.
Ensure there is an equal length on each side of the stowloks.
Drill a hole through the Z bar and through to underneath the wellside.
Ensure to use a drill stop to prevent damage underneath.
Secure the Z-bar to the wellside using the M8 hex head bolts and flat washers from above. From underneath the vehicle, fasten with M8 flat washers and M8 nyloc nuts.
Drill through the low-profile bar and through the wellside.
Ensure to use a drill stop to prevent damage underneath.
Ensure it is tidy inside and all swarf is cleaned.
Tighten the low-profile bar to the wellside.
Fit the J-bar to the top of the stow loks using CSK M6 Bolts.
Use M6 Nyloc nut and M6 washer underneath for the CSK Bolt.
Place the two false floor board ontop of the stowloks.
Line the holes in the flase floor up with the stowloks and use M6 CSK bolts.
Screw the M6 CSK bolts to the false floor.
Complete the last two steps and do this to the front of the false floor.
Fit the rails around the side of the canopy.
Ensure it fits neatly and flush.
Screw the rails in using CSK square drive screws
