How to bleed the manual system if it does not work

Only bleed if the manual system is not working.

Note: When pumping using the lever: At the start there will be no pressure felt on the manual lever for the first 30 seconds, then it will start to build.

Step 2 of 6

Ensure the hoist is fully opened onto the ground.

Step 3 of 6

Screw in the manual lever fully.

Step 4 of 6

While pressing the up / stow button, pump the manual lever up and down at the same time, to raise the platform to van floor level only.

Step 5 of 6

Once van floor level is reached, press the down / unfold button only to bring the hoist to the ground.

Step 6 of 6

Repeat these steps at least 3–5 times before testing the system again.
