Knowby can be used as a fully auditable tool for compliance. This could be for work completion, training or health and safety.

Simply turn on the Knowby Complete Button in the details screen.

And add an appropriate last step in your knowby to ensure the user understands and agrees to your requirements.

Now Knowby will ask the user to choose the Mark Knowby as Completed button once they have been taken through training or completed a task alongside following the knowby.

You can then open the knowby menu and choose Knowby Details.

Now choose Completions and view who has completed the knowby and when. This is saved as a permanent record in Knowby.
