 On the flour controller display, press Recipe Select and choose the desired recipe (for Hokkien noodles, select 250kg Hokkien).

After selecting the recipe, press Load Screen, then press Press to Load. The selected recipe will appear on the display.

 The operator checks that the loaded program matches the recipe for the product to be produced and that it is programmed to collect flour in three stages.

 The first and second stage are protein flour and the third stage is ultra-white flour.

When the flour collect controller start, it is automatically collecting from Silo tank to hopper according to the recipe program.

On the controller display, the number on the left side is the target weight in the program.

The number of the middle is the flour weight correctly being collected.

 The number on the right shows the difference between the target and the actual weight.
