Ensure adjustment handle is in place: The machine will not run if the handle isn't in its correct position.

Switch on Hotmelt: Ensure green 'Ready' light is illuminated on the hotmelt glue unit.

To Start Machine:

  1. Turn knob clockwise to release E-Stop
  2. Press green 'Reset' button
  3. Press white 'Start' button
  4. Turn black switch clockwise to switch on vacuum

Load Blanks into Feeder: Take blank sheets from pallet and load into feeder cassette.

Note: Overfilling the cassette will cause the feeder to fail.

Clearing Jam Ups: The guard can be opened to clear any jam ups in the machine. Opening the guard will stop the machine.

To fill the glue pot, pour glue pellets into the hopper as shown

Caution: Glue reservoir will be hot
