  • Leather gloves
  • Protective eyewear

Tools Required: • T25 Torx • T27 Torx • 10mm socket • Wire Cutters • Drill and Drills Bits • Impact Driver • plus more..... (add more)

Note: Torque settings M6 - 9Nm M10 - 44Nm

Release bonnet on passenger side, open bonnet

Disconnect battery negative, 10mm

Outside corners of grille, T27

3x screws. Size, repeat opposite side. T25

2x inner, size (T25), 2 x outer (T27)

Remove lic plate, Phillips head screwdriver

Pull forward, removing grille (keep it, it will be trimmed and reused)

Use flat head screwdriver to pry off and remove, pull off. Discard- not required

Undo, T27

Punch through centres of clips, pry black bracket form vehicle - discard, they are not required.

Repeat for both sides

Remove front bracket, use approx 5-8mm drill to remove rivet.

Repeat for opposite side

Mark both sides, flush with outside of vehicle chassis rails.

Cut pass side.

NOTE: Take care when cutting- it is important that the cut is flush with the vehicle chassis rail.  If too wide- you will have trouble fitting bar.

Passenger side. Enlarge holes to 10mm

Fit pass side bracket.

Use M10 Insert nut (with the long wire handle). M10x25mm Bolts and washers

Install LED lights to bar. M6x16 bolts

Get a hand lifting!

Fit main bolts. M10x30 Countersunk Bolts Countersunk Washers

Fit washers and M10 Nuts

Adjust bumper until you have an equal gap between vehicle body and the bumper on both sides.

Tighten bolts after that

Re-connect vehicle battery
