Check for and rectify potential central locking connection fault

While canopy door is fully open remove all of the 6mm bolts holding light panel on the door stiffener. Ensuring the panel does not drop when removing final bolt.

Step 2 of 6

Disconnect the white terminal as shown to fully remove the panel with the light attached. Once again being careful the panel does not drop when this takes place

Step 3 of 6

Place the removed light panel in a secure location

Step 4 of 6

Depending on what lock has the issue, identify the blue terminal closest to the affected lock and disconnect.

Step 5 of 6

The blades in the terminal on the 'male' side should be central to the terminal and not offset. If one is offset make sure it is manipulated back to centre.

Step 6 of 6

Re connect the blue terminal and try the central locking to check for success. If this is successful the harness and light panel can be reinstated by reversing steps 1-4.
