Step 1 of 6View Customer
Open the View Customer page by using the navigation panel and selecting 'Customers' > 'View Customers'.

Step 2 of 6Search Customer
Search for the customer by either their name or customer code.

Step 3 of 6Open Customer
Open the customer that you want to add the note to by selecting their name.

Details Tab
Open the details tab for the customer. When you open the customer it should automatically open on this page, but if not you may have to select it.

Step 5 of 6Reminder Box
Scroll down to the reminder box. This is where you enter the information that you want to pop up.

Click the green 'Save' button to save your changes.
