QA Sheet. You will find a QA sheet at the machine, if there is no QA sheet there, see the team leader or production. A QA sheet will need to be completed at the start, throughout and, at the end of the day.

Tools required. Tape Gun.

Grab your cardboard, make sure to measure it to make sure it is the right size.

Grab your stillage/pallet and bring it to where you pack the door.

Put the back poles in the stillage. If it’s a pallet you won’t have to do this step.
Once your door is placed over the cardboard. (Left side) Grab your cardboard end and fold the outsides, then line up the shaft with the hole and place the cardboard over it, then tape the door and cardboard together.
Once your door is placed over the cardboard. (Right side) Grab your cardboard end and fold the outsides, then line up the shaft with the hole and place the cardboard over it, then tape the door and cardboard together.
Then, lifting the cardboard sheet, fold one side up and over the door, repeat with the other side. Using your tape gun, tape the top of the cardboard to the side in four sections, twice each section, [four times each section if the door is a four sheeter].
Place your sticker on the box. Where the sticker is placed is dependant on where the door will sit on the stillage/pallet. If its on the left side then the sticker will be facing the roller door line, if its going on the right side then it will face the stillage, if its in the middle then the sticker will be upright on the end of the box.
Flip the box carefully so the sticker is facing the right way. Both sides; Grab the door with both hands and carry it over to the stillage/pallet, if it hangs off the stillage/pallet make sure the distance is even at both ends.
