<p><strong>Determine if the job is measured by Sitemax, the Customer or Signage Connection.</strong></p><ol>
<li>If measured by Sitemax or Customer, continue with Step 2</li>
<li>If measured by Signage Connection, use their sizes for the artwork and type up the sizes in an Excel sheet, noting any angles against the corresponding panels.</li>
</ol>

Open the relevant calculator based on where the finished banner will be installed.

The email chain from the customer will often hint at where the banner will be installed.

Open the calculator in the Excel Desktop App

Open a new Excel document and set the columns and rows to below

Rows - 31
Columns - 16

Copy from cell B5 to G7 to the new Excel document

If there are multiple banners in the request copy out a calculator per banner and label to match the measure

Input the sizes from the measure up or artwork request into the "Original (mm)" column

These must be inputted as millimetres

Complete this step per banner in the measure up

Note any panel-specifics against the corresponding panels

Areas to be chopped out onsite

If the job has over 5 panels, save the Excel to the customer folder with the file named as below.

"(Artwork Code) (Customer Name) Banner Sizes"

Send the Excel in the Front internal comms to the Customer Service team.

Create the code in NetSuite using the new description created in Step 11.
