Take the drawer ply, drawer front and sides and place them together like so. Rivet at each of the corners using aluminum rivets. Take the drawer base and place the drawer on top. 

Fasten the drawer to the base using SS M6x20 countersunk bolts and nylocs . Make sure the countersunk heads are flush with the ply. 

Take x6 center drawer bearings & bosses and hammer them together. Take the drawer bar and fasten it to the bottom of the drawer base like so using SS M8x20's with a nylon washer in between and a nyloc.

Take the connecting arms and fasten them to the drawer bar using SS M8x20's, a nylon washer in between & a nyloc. At the other end of your drawer base, insert the handle and fasten to the connecting arms using x4 M6x16 with nylocs. 

When pulling on the handle, the drawer bar should move up and down like so. Take x2 springs and cut the ends. Attach them to the hole on the connecting arm closest to the handle and the hole on the drawer base. 

Take x4 SS M10x25 bolts with a spring & flat washer, a nyloc and loctite and fasten your bearings in the shown locations. Take x2 rubber buffers and fasten them on the inside of the drawer base using SS M5x16 bolts with dome nuts. 

Place your drawer mount in between the toolboxes and fasten to the toolbox using SS M8x25 hex heads and a spring & flat washer. Mount the base to the ply using SS M6x40 hex heads with a spring & flat washer. Take the other x2 bearings and tighten to the drawer mount as shown. 

Slide your drawer into the drawer mount and your sliding deck drawer is complete.
