<p>Some users report issues caused by their browser autofilling an old login name.</p> <p>Check that your email shows up in the top right. If it shows another name, hover over the person icon and select Logout.</p> <p>Log back in with your new details.</p>

<p>Use the same details (username as email, and your new password) to login on the Wildeye app.</p> <p>Search for Wildeye Remote Monitoring in your app store if you don't have this, and want to use it (we recommend it for interacting with the data on a phone).</p>
