Measure length the the of die. This will determine required size of Coffin box.

Obtain pre cut pieces of plywood board and cut to size or join on the Circular Bench Saw.

Note: Only trained persons are permitted to use the Circular Bench Saw.

Place plywood board into the holding frames. This will align plywood sides into position to create coffin box.

Secure corners of coffin box using nail gun to insert nails into the corners of coffin box. Place the nail midway & at either ends of the timber.

Line up the timber all the way round & using the nail gun secure all corners of the Coffin box

Place base on the top of legs. Using a stick of timber to keep base from falling until nailed.

Nail one end, then the middle, before removing the stick and finish nailing base in place.

Assemble foot for the base of the coffin

Nail the two components together to create a complete foot

Attach the foot to the base of the coffin

Place the bottom of the box with the legs facing outward onto the main coffin box.

Secure the bottom to the sides using the nail gun.

Turn the coffin box over and remove the supports.

Remove/cut any nails protruding out of the Coffin box using “pincers”.

Check underside of coffin box for protruding nails. Remove/cut using pincers.

The coffin box is now ready for use.
