Using the bracket for the air hose to mark out the holes to drill. Ensure the holes are level
Ensure that the holes are in line with the huck bolts.
Use the bracket for the air hose to mark out the holes to drill on the left side.
Ensure the holes are level.
Undo the outside bolt as shown on the air hose.
Undo the inside bolt as shown on the air hose.
Refit the bolts to the hole shown.
Remove the original bracket on the air hose.
Fit the bracket to the same spot that the original bracket was.
Fit the bracket using:
Clamp the bracket for the hose before drilling the rivets.
Drill only the top rivets as shown.
Fit part 2 of the brackets to the top using:
Tighten the bracket to the hose reel.
Fit the female air fitting onto the end of the hose.
Ensure to use thread sealant when putting the air fitting on.
Tighten the fitting to the hose.
Use thread sealant on the male air fitting.
Tighten the fitting as shown.
Make sure the air fitting is facing the way of the arrow.
Use a punch to mark the holes for drilling.
Drill out the holes on both sides.
Using x4 huckbolts on each side to fit the hose reel.
Fit the hose reel to the holes on the box.
Put a collar on each of the huck bolts and fit with the huck bolt gun.
Use a
Tighten using a nyloc nut on the other side.
Measure 500mm from the spot shown.
Mark 500mm on the deck as shown.
Draw a circle using the bung for the spot to drill.
Use a 35mm hole saw bit to drill through the wooden deck only.
Then use a 25mm hole saw bit to go through the full deck.
Ensure to clean up after drilling through.
Ensure to paint around the cut to prevent rotting.
Fit the bung into the hole and screw the other part on underneath.
Feed the blue hose up through the bung.
Pull the hose all the way up.
Cut where needed, leave some slack.
Fit the hose to the male fitting using:
14-17 ear clamp
Secure the hose to the wall using a clip.
