Setup

Requirements

  • 4 People

  • Large Open Area to Work

Equipment

  • Stage Frames (Assembled)

  • Stage Panels

PPE

  • Gloves

  • Steel Cap Boots

  • High Visibility Vest

Step 2 of 6

Place Stage Panel Stillage

Using a forklift, grab a stage panel stillage and place it in an open area so their is a space in front of the long edge of the panels.

Adjust Corner Plates

Adjust the plates on each corner of the frame so that the middle stud is facing toward the centre of the frame.

Position Frame

  • Position stage frame in front of panels

  • Lock the wheels

Place Stage Panel

Using FOUR people, carefully lift the top stage panel off of the stack and line it up on top of the frame.

There are holes on the bottom corners of the panel that line up with the poles of the frame.

Drop the panel onto the frame.

Caution: there is a major risk of pinching fingers between stage panel and corner plates. Keep fingers clear of stage panel corners.

Adjust Corner Plates

Check that each corner plate is sitting flush with the stage panel.

If not, one person lift the stage up while another rotates the plate into position.
