Begin by fastening a rubber button to the bottom of the vice mount using a M5x16 SS button head and nyloc. Take the inner mount and rivnut the holes using 4mm pull M8 hex rivnuts. Rivnut the x4 hex holes with M6 rivnuts for the lever latch. Put the inner mount in to the vice mount and make sure the holes line up. 

Take SS M8x20 with loctite and bolt the inner mount to the vice mount. Then bolt the spring lever to the vice mount using countersunk SS M6x20 with loctite and fasten. 

Place the vice mount in the swinging mount like so. Using SS M12x30 and nylocs, fasten them together. Ensure the nylon washer is in between the 2 mounts. 

Take the nut off the vice handle and loctite. Punch into the handle like so. Fasten your vice mount on to the tray using zinc M8x25 button heads with a washer either side and a nyloc. Place a chassis stiffener behind the vice like so.

Fasten the vice and chassis stiffener using a zinc M12x35 with a washer and nyloc. Fasten all bolts holding the vice to the tray. Ensure the vice mount is locked and fasten your vice to the mount using x2 SS M10x50 button heads and nylocs. 

Ensure your vice is straight and do up the bolts. Your vice mount is now complete. Your vice mount operates as shown.
