Step 1 of 5Take out both Pens and unscrew the needle tip. Leave the green needle cover on.

Step 2 of 5Take out two new needles. Take out of packaging and screw them onto the two pens

Step 3 of 5Take off the green needle tip covers. On both pens, wind the dial at the other end of the pen to say 5 units. Press the end of the pen as you would when administering the injection. Ensure the Insulin of coming out the tip with force.
If the Insulin is not yet passing through, wind up to 5 units again and repeat until insulin is passing through freely.
