Trim this breather off the main assembly

Undo main hose clamp, 7mm socket

There are 2 earth leads here. Use a 10mm socket to remove fuel pipe earth lead (the outer one). The other earth lead will stay.

IMPORTANT Refit the 10mm nut. It is critical that the other earth lead is earthed. If this is not done, vehicle will crank over, but not start

Small Breather Line: Remove Blue tab, push white tab down.

Trim little breather pipe like this

It will be re-used.

Trim off rest of small pipe - it is not needed.

Trim main pipe like this

Clean main pipe

It will be re-used.

Remove sticker and de burr sharp end

Loose clamp on tank,7mm, so hose can be rotated forward.

Note: this can be done before or after Tray is fitted to vehicle

Re tighten clamp on tank, 7mm

Fit the main hose like this, tighten clamps
