Navigating to Transfer Page

In Unleashed go to 'Inventory', then 'Transactions', then 'Warehouse Transfers', and then click 'Add'.

Source and Destination

The source is the branch sending the products (your branch), and the destination is the branch you’re sending the products to. Click on the drop down boxes to select the branches.

Please note: The sending location is responsible to create the Transfer.

Add Products

Enter the product(s) and quantities you’re transferring, and click 'Add'.

Enter Comments

Enter any comments you want the branches to know, in the comments box at the top. Comments need to include who is taking the products etc.

The more detail the better. The detail in the comments is very handy for knowing exactly what happened at a later date, and can potentially solve any issues that might arrive during stock-takes. 

Printing and Parking the Transfer

Print the transfer out to go with the products, and you can also e-mail it directly to the branch. Once you’re done, click 'Park'.

Completing the Transfer

When the stock is received at the destination warehouse, check the tyres and quantities are correct, then go into the transfer and click 'Complete'. If there is some product not correct, please sort this out as soon as possible, prior to clicking complete.
