After hitting save in the customer folder select Security in the Illustrator Pop Up

Select Use a password to restrict editing Security and Permissions settings

Type in the password

Rhino456

Change Printing Allowed to Low Resolution (150 dpi)

Change Changes Allowed to Commenting, Filling in form fields, and signing

Deselect Enable copying of text, images, and other content

Hit Save PDF and Retype the password then hit OK
