Remove earth off battery.
Lay out all components.
Prepare the vehicle harness to be routed from the engine bay to the rear of the cab. Taping a metre of plastic tube or wire to the canopy connecting end can help with routing but not essential.
Feed vehicle harness down firewall towards chassis rail, make sure it stays as far away from exhaust as possible.
Feed along top of chassis rail from underneath to keep away from exhaust & any moving parts. This loom needs to come out the back of cab on passengers side.
Feed the remaining loom down until the interior harness branch lines up with the big rubber grommet on firewall. This should also line up the positive wires & the Body earth with a m6 threaded hole on the inner guard.

Cable tie M2 loom to chassis rail about every 300mm, ensure its away from moving & hot parts.
Bolt the body earth into factory m6 thread & cable tie M2 vehicle loom up to factory loom.
Hook up positive wires to m8 post on positive terminal.
Remove factory loom from mount & move to side to allow better access to rubber nipple shown.
Cut tip off rubber nipple shown to allow M2 interior harness to run through fire wall.
Poke wire through cut rubber nipple from the inside, tape the loom to the wire as tight as possible, put lubricant on the tape to help slip through & pull loom through until happy with location. Put factory loom (step 10) back on mount after this.
Insert all the wires into the correct locations using the other side of interior harness plug to colour match wires for locations.
Undo plastic nut, remove plastic sill cover & remove plastic kick panel.
Connect lock/unlock patch lead.
Plug add-a fuse circuit into the ignition wire, then install the 2 fuses (1 supplied & 1 out of ignition switched circuit)

Install add a circuit fuse holder, ensure correct orientation (wire pointing down) This should be installed in a location to pick up " Ignition switched power" for the door ajar buzzer.
Plug buzzer into buzzer loom, then plug buzzer loom into interior harness, then peel backing tape off buzzer & stick onto flat surface.
Cable tie up excess wiring & poke out of way.
Re install plastic kick panel & plastic sill cover, be careful not to jam/pinch any wiring.
Cable tie up interior harness out of the way & sight. Cut any labels that are visible off carefully.

Canopy interconnect pin out table
Insert wires into plug as per pin out table in previous step, ensure you put the white plug into number 12 to make plug water tight. Then insert green locking wedge.
Mount canopy interconnect connector in headboard with screws. (If you have a service canopy, skip this step)
Cable tie up any excess length of wiring to chassis rail under vehicle, ensure its away from any moving or hot parts!
Put earth terminal back on battery and test lock, unlock (note, doors must be closed for this to work), canopy light operation on both the small urbane switch on the actual light and the pin switches, door ajar buzzer.
