<p><strong>Vehicle Considerations:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Wheel alignment</strong>:<br>Due to potential changes in weight distribution from the installation of the new fitout, it is recommended to get a wheel alignment to aid the life of the tyres.</p></li><li><p><strong>Headlight Aim:</strong>&nbsp;<br>Due to the change in weight on the back of the vehicle, it is recommended to get the headlights checked and adjusted. </p></li></ul><p></p>

Part Service Recommendations:

The Utemaster Trailcore is designed to require minimal maintenance however here are a few things you could check over the life of your fitout.

Here's a quick guide to maintaining your fitout

  • Monthly – quick inspection of locks, seals, lights. Ensure drawer runners and seals are free of dust and debris.

  • Quarterly – check the condition of the mounts, assess all fastener are secure, fuel hoses are free of kinks and wear.

  • Annually – full inspection, gas struts, seals, wiring, and structural components.

<p><strong>Replacement Parts:</strong></p><p>If you require any replacement parts, Contact Utemaster on the link below and quote the serial number on your fitout or email us some images of what you require.&nbsp;</p><p><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="e-rte-anchor" href="https://www.utemaster.co.nz/contact-us/">CONTACT US</a></p><p>The serial number on the TrailCore is located on the inside of the internal roof bracing on the drivers side of the vehicle.&nbsp;</p><p></p><p>If you need replacement parts FAST, ensure to quote <strong>#FASTFIX </strong>when you're arranging these and this will ensure these are prioritized in our system!</p>
