Open Print File from Production

Open Swatches in Illustrator

Window > Swatches

Toggle to list view and scan the Swatches for any colours with unusual names.

Common Names Include But Not Limited To:

Unnamed Colour

Koala Grey

Or CP versions of Pantone Colours

Cut's on banners

Select any unusually named colours and delete them

Save the print file over the top of the original print file.

File > Save (Control + S)

Ensure all print file specs are in tact, and haven't been deleted accidently
