In a situation where the Light Vehicle operator is not paying attention, things can go very differently.

In the event that the Light Vehicl operator reaches 10 metres from the Heavy Vehicles without stopping, the NVD will alert with a Red Warning.

The Heavy Vehicles, which are equipped with Intervention Control Systems, will automatically stop if the Light Vehicle keeps driving into their Danger Zone.

This system allows the operators of all 3 vehicles to avoid any potential collision or accident.
