How to remove and install canopy using Lift-R brackets

Please note that it is important to use the manual handle provided or a drill to raise and lower the jacks. Using an impact with damage the internal gears.

Slot Lift-R bracket in place like so. Ensuring that the pin slots down into the smaller groove and fasten the wing bolt, this is important to locate the wing bolt in the detent, failing to do so could cause your jack to fall off mid lift and potentially have you canopy fall to the ground. Using a 19mm socket, wind the jack clockwise to make sure each jack is level to the ground. Repeat on all 4 corners. Raise canopy gradually.

Begin raising your canopy high enough to be able to back your tray in underneath.

Back your ute in close enough to be able to plug in your gator camera, anderson and central locking plugs.

Reverse your ute until you lightly touch the buffers on the front of the Lift-R brackets. Begin lowering your canopy down by winding the jack counter clock-wise.

Ensure you bolt your canopy down using the hold down bracket washers and rivnut plates provided and M6x30 bolts with a flat and spring washer.

To take your canopy off your tray, reverse the steps above. Make sure you unbolt your canopy and keep the hold down washers, rivnut plates and hardware in a safe place. Don't forget to unplug your canopy before driving your ute out from underneath.

You may leave your canopy on the jacks or lower it onto a surface in which you would wind the jacks counter clock-wise. Keep winding the jacks until the leg of the jack is completely wound up. Undo the wing bolt and slot of the Lift-R jack down to release from Lift-R bracket.
