Using the forklift, load one side at a time.

Make sure to take photo of every pack that is loaded on the truck.

The gates help with securing the load, especially Roller Doors where you wouldn't want them to be strapped down hard to the truck.

The gates also protect the products from being squashed by the strap.

The wooden boards underneath the pallets will help the Roller Doors from slipping and moving.

Add in the long bars. Long bars are used for the products that are prone to damages (V5000, Swing Doors, Channels) This avoid the straps from damaging the items while strapping down to the truck.

V5000 stillage has a long bar but the Safeguard stillage on the other side doesn't have one because straping down this will not damage the sheets.

Try and get everything flush against the truck walls and other products.

The long bars only go on one side of the stillage (outside)

The other long bar will go on the other side of the other stillage (outside)

Make sure the stillage feets are not on the lip of the truck bed and fully inside.

Keep everything as flush as possible to avoid the stillages moving on transit.

The long bars keep the strap from being tightened on top of the item, which would lead to damaging the product.

Make sure to mark different levels clearly for identifying better.

Before closing the truck, make sure you take photo of the full load (should cover all the stillages and pallets). Close the truck curtains and then its ready to go after the paperworks are given to the driver.
