Remove the seat base

<p>To remove the retractor reel you will need to remove the side seat cover.</p>

<p>Unscrew the front and rear screws in order to remove the side cover.</p>

<p>With the side seat cover removed you will be able to access the bolt that attaches the retractor reel.</p>
