Disconnect battery earth.

Remove steel filler neck and protective sheath. Cut 105mm off the rubber filler hose. Rotate fuel tank breather.

Cut large mount off the steel filler neck. Reinstall neck, leaving loose until final mounting position.

Remove small plastic locator in front right mount. Install all 6 chassis mounts using m12x40 bolts with heavy washer, large square galvanised washer and nylock nut. Note the correct placement is important. (FR,FL,C,R) is cut into each mount.

Tighten all 6 mounts enough to still be able to move mounts.

Install tray.

Ensure a 40mm gap between headboard and cab. Install the remaining  12x m12x30 bolts, flat washers (2x washers per bolt) and nylocks in the chassis mounts. Before fully tightening the bolts, ensure the tray is central and 40mm headboard gap remains.

Torque all m12 bolts to 76ftlbs and mark when completed.

Install filler neck and fuel cap. Cable tie rubber hose into position. Tighten all hose clamps.

Secure diff and fuel tank breather with cable ties.

Install guards with 4x m8x25 bolts, spring and flat washers. Slide the lug nuts over the mudguard rail in the correct positions so the guard remains centred over the wheel. Tighten bolts. Repeat on opposite side.

Install the under mount toolboxes using 4x m8x25 bolts, flat washers and nylocks (2x flat washers per bolt) ensure box is centred between guard and rear bumper. Tighten bolts. Repeat on opposite side.

Install reverse sensor and BSM bracket on tray.

Install reverse sensor and BSM bracket on tray. Repeat on opposite side.

Join the 550mm twin core wire to the number plate wires. Black to white and brown to red.

Install reverse camera in the M2 mount.

Install the camera on the tray and plug in. Bend camera bracket to view tow ball.

Test all light functions.

Check reverse camera is viewing tow ball and adjust if necessary. Check reverse sensors are operating correctly.

Tape up all exposed wires and joins and rivet load resistor in to chassis main runner.

Secure all wires with cable ties.

Install plywood. Ensure decking screws are flush with top of plywood but not too far below plywood level as this will cause water to pool and swell the plywood.

Install sides and tailgate and/or canopy/service body.
