While First flour addition stage in the 1304 mixer.
The operator checks the control correctly amount of noodle water(91L) on the water control panel and press the green button.
when press the green button, bring up the confirmation menu
Once the first flour addition (Stage 3) is completed in the 1304 mixer, press ‘Step’ on the control display to move to Add Liquid (Stage 4).
When the mixer enters Stage 4, press Yes on the water controller, and the noodle solution water will be transferred from the water tank to the 1304 mixer.
Display shows the left number is target weight, middle number is actual weight, and right number is difference of the target and actual weight.
The noodle solution water is delivered from the 1216 water tank to the mixer through the connected water hose.
After confirming on the water controller display that the transfer of the noodle water solution is complete, press Confirm on the 1304 mixer display.
The system will automatically proceed to Stage 6 – First Mix Stage, and dough mixing will start
