How to wash the vat after milk has been removed

Step 1 of 6

After all milk has been removed and milk outlet tap is open, with no hoses on it -

Make sure the sight glass tap is open (HORIZONTAL)

Make sure the sight glass cap is screwed onto the bottom of the sight glass tube

Step 2 of 6

Open the manway door by undoing the handle that holds it shut

Step 3 of 6

Remove the black rubber seal from the manway door and drop it into the bottom of the vat

Step 4 of 6

Go to the Milk cooling Sytem control panel near the vat

Step 5 of 6

Turn the milk cooling switch to off, Turn the wash switch to on, Push the green wash button

Step 6 of 6

Push the top green agitate for preset time button
