If there is a sock on the fuel filler, ensure this is removed.

Undo the clamp on the original fuel hose and take the fuel filler out.
Cut the tab off as shown.
Cut the tab off as shown.
Cut each side of the welded tab as shown.
Then pull the remaing tab off.

Ensure the fuel filler looks neat and tidy once the tabs have been cut.
Cut the fuel filler as shown.
Ensure to clean the cut edges with a sander.

Assemble the fuel filler bracket (CK107799).

Drill underneath the flat deck to fit the rivet in so the bracket can be secure to the flat deck.

Cut the original fuel hose at the bend as shown.

Measure and cut the 45-degree fuel hose (RS108483) as shown.

Fit a straight steel pipe into the cut 45 degree hose (CP107624).

Join the new fuel hose to the pre-existing one using the steel pipe.

Measure and cut the 45-degree fuel hose to fit the fuel filler.
Ensure that when measuring, it fits to the bracket.

Clamp (FS103076) the fuel filler to the hose.

Urethane around the fuel filler and hose.

Clamp all joins and fit the fuel filler to the bracket. Tighten all to spec.
