Remove the screws to seperate the crate lide from the pallet. Install the x4 ply supports with flanges facing each other using M6x16 button heads (These will hold the ply wing latches later). If you have a canopy, it is best to install the drawers before the canopy.

The centre ply support can be left with no bolts in it. Then it can be easily removed for storing long items in the wheel arch area after install.

Remove the x2 large sheets of plywood to gain access to the hold down transport screws. Slide open the drawers amnd remove screws.

Lift drawers unit into wellside and place the small ply wood strip at the front.

Using M6x30 stainless countersunk bolts and anti-seize/break paste, screw the ply strip into the drawer.

Place the fascia on the drawer like so. Using M6x16 stainless button heads with antiseize/brake paste, fasten the fascia to the drawer.

Fasten all bolts on the front face of a fascia. Ensure your drawer is centralised in your wellside. Place your ply wings on each side of your drawer.

Make sure you are able to close your tailgate with a good amount of spce betweetn your drawer and tailgate. Pull out each drawer to gain access to the back of the drawer.

Drill an 8.5mm hole in the down into your wellside in the locations shown above. Ensure you are drilling through a peak of your tub liner where the tub is flush with your drawer. Be careful not to damage anything from underneath your wellside when you drill through.

Using x4 M8x25 hex bolts with a nyloc, a washer on each side and antiseize/brake paste, fasten your drawer to your wellside.

Ensure all x4 bolts at tightened.

Place your x2 large ply strips onto your drawer and fasten using the M6x30 stainless countersunk bolts with antiseize/brake paste. Use the same type of bolt to screw down through the top lip of the fascia.

Ensure all bolts are tight and your overlanding twin drawer system is complete.
