Ensure to disconnect the negative terminal from the battery before starting.
Fit the rear brackets to the rear tie-down points using the tie-down point to tighten it on.
Install the front brackets to the front tie-down points. Dont use the tie down point to tighten it.
Install the 19x9 mm foam tape on the front of the wellside.
Ensure you use urethane in the corners of the front of the wellside.
Fit the front rail to the wellside attaching it to the front brackets.
Loosely tighten the bolts to the front wellside bracket and rail.
Tighten the front brackets to the wellside.
Apply tape primer to the side rails before applying the foam tape.
Apply foam tape to the outsides of the rails.
Attach the side rails to the side of the wellside.
Fit the front rail to the front bracket and loosely tighten
Tighten the rear of the side rail to the rear bracket (do this on both sides.)
Urethane the corners of the fitting kit.
Ensure the urethane is neat and tidy
Apply 15x3 foam tape, ensuring to double up in each corner with foam tape.
Black urethane needs to be applied to the wellside of the UTE as shown in the photo. Make sure it is applied nice and tidy.
Apply a D-type rubber seal onto the urethane.
