Install the front hinge rail to the front wall of the tub.

Place the right hand side frame into place, Using a 13mm spanner and a 5mm hits key, fasten an M8 x 20 long bolt and flange nut to fix the rail down to the bracket.

Using a 13mm socket, remove one tailgate latch bolt.

Using a 10mm socket, remove the anti-vibration plate.

Place the tailgate plate into position and reinsert the latch bolts and the anti-vibration plate.

Ensure the bolts are loosening to allow the plate to be adjusted.

Place the bump stop brackets onto the last side hole towards the rear of the tub.

Place an M8 x 20 long bolt into the bracket and tighten with an M8 flange nut on the inside

Ensure the quick release pin is disengaged

Place the lid on the front and tighten with a pin.
