Remove earth clamp on battery.

Prepare the vehicle harness to be routed from the engine bay to the rear of the cab. Taping a metre of plastic tube or wire to the canopy connecting end can help with routing but not essential.

Feed tube/harness beside brake lines and factory harnesses ensure M2 harness is well clear of any hot or moving parts.

Remove passengers kick panels and glove box.

Feed the interior harness branch through the factory bulkhead gland in the fire wall. Tape too a short length of wire. You may need to cut the "tit' off the rubber boot. this can be tight routing through, so silicone grease or any lube will help.

Remove glove box kick panel. Pull the interior harness through the factory bulkhead gland. prepare interior harness interconnect.

(NOTE)

Buzzer is not installed/connected for hardlid installs

Connect Lock/unlock patch.

Connect buzzer to interior harness and stick to glove box kick panel.

House the terminals from the interior branch of the vehicle harness. Loosely connect the loose white connector to the interior harness and match the colours when housing the terminals. Then reconnect.

Connect the earth ring terminal to the raw steel part of the dash, above the glove box cavity.

Connect the ignition harness to the add a circuit fuse holder.

SR Model will require you to tap into a plug on the passengers side kick panel for Ignition

Cut (GREEN) wire from plug located in the passengers side foot well close to the firewall

Splice into the green wire and connect ignition wiring fuse and plug.

Tidy all loose wires and tuck out of sight.

Re-instate glove box kick panel.

House all terminals in the canopy interconnect connector. place the blanking plug in the unused circuit 12. Install terminal locking wedge.

Mount canopy interconnect connector in headboard with screws. (If you have a service canopy, skip this step)

Connect the harness earth to the body earth behind the accessory fuse holder.

Connect the red positive wire to the battery positive clamp bracket.

Put earth terminal back on battery and test lock, unlock (note, doors must be closed for this to work), canopy light operation on both the small urbane switch on the actual light and the pin switches, door ajar buzzer.
