Creating the Order

There are two way to create an order in unleashed. 

The first and preferred way is to go through 'View Customer', search for the customer by their name, open the customer, and then 'Add Order'.

The second way is to the navigation panel and go 'Sales', 'Orders', 'Add Sales Order' and then just input the customer. 

The first way is preferred because it means that you can check if the customer has been doubled up, or if there are two customers with the same name. 

It is also easier to add a new customer from the 'View Customers' page rather that the 'Sales Order' page.

Add Order

Click on the 'Add Order' button in the top right area to add a new sales order.

Enter Products 

Enter the products that the customer requires.

Enter the quantity of that product that the customer requires. 

Enter the price that you quoted the customer excluding GST

Then click 'Add', or press Enter, to add that product to the sales order

Repeat this step as many times as needed. 

Add Tyrewise Fee

Add the Tyrewise fee to the order. Make sure that the quantity is per tyre. Click 'Add' or press Enter to add the fee. 

This is a fee that needs to be added to every order and it cover the tyre disposal process. 

Double Check

Double check that the the sales order group and sales order template are correct.

This should have been saved when the customer was first setup, but it is good practice to always check this in case they buy both gas and tyres.

Order Warehouse

Select the branch where the job is being completed or the branch that sold the tyre. 

Print Order

To get a download of the order, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on the drop down arrow beside print and click on 'Order'.

This should download a printable PDF.

Open the PDF and print it.
