Remove the screws to separate the crate lid from the pallet. Install the 4x ply supports with flanges facing each other using m6x16 buttonheads. (these will hold the ply wing latches later) If you have a canopy, it is best to install drawers before the canopy.

Add Loctite to M6 screws and secure rear panel

Fasten all rear screws in place

Add Loctite to front furniture bolts and secure front fascia in place

Add anti seize to clinch studs on side brackets and secure in place

Secure M6 nuts to clinch studs and M6 screws where required

measure the sides of the drawer to the wellside ensuring it is equally centered on either side

Close tail gate ensuring there is good spacing between drawers and tail gate

Drill through wellside using designated access holes

Secure drawers in place using supplied nuts and bolts

Fix ply and front facia in place using M6x30 screws

If you have a vault slider do not secure corner screws as they will be used to secure slider to drawers. See step 10
