Once the wellside has been removed, cut the breather pipe. 

Pull the hose clamp back from the breather to be able to twist the breather so it sits nicely on the cross stiffener. 

Fasten all bolts using M6 washers and nylocs and slide the hose clamp back on the breather.

Bolt the carbon filter to the cross stiffener using the clinch studs, M6 washers & nylocs. 

Your chassis stiffener should be looking as shown. 

Undo the hose clamp holding the fuel filler to the fuel hose and remove the fuel filler. 

Stuff the fuel hose with a rag. 

Cable tie the coolant hose to the cross stiffener like so. 

Measure 100mm from the end of the fuel filler and mark. 

Cut this part of the fuel filler off and clean up the cut. 

Use some silicone grease to feed the fuel filler back into the hose.

Take the fuel filler mount and fasten it to the fuel filler box using M6 nylocs through the clinch studs and tighten.

Bolt the bracket on the fuel filler to the fuel filler mount using x2 M6x20 button heads with a washer on the front and nylocs. 

Now bolt the fuel filler mount to the tray using x2 M8x25 hex heads with a washer each side and nylocs. 

Tighten these bolts.

Bolt the cap to the fuel filler mount using a M5x16 button head a washer on the front and a nyloc. 

Take the PS 3D printed part and match it with the strengthener that has the same shape. 

Twist the plunger on to the strengthener and place the 3D printed part behind it. 

Place it on the clinch studs on the fuel filler door. 

Fasten the plunger to the door using M5 washers and nylcos.

Place tape over the locking plug and close the door to see whether the plug and plunger are lined up.

If they do not line up, undo the plunger, adjust, fasten and test again. 

Once lined up, the door should push open and closed smoothly 

Take the locking plug and push it in to the plug housing.

Feed a M6x20 button head with a washer through the plug housing like so and plug the locking loom back in after feeding it through the back of the fuel box. 

Bolt the plug housing using another M6x20 button head with a washer and nyloc to the fuel box and fasten. 

Your fuel box should be at this stage.

Bolt the door stay brakcet to the door using the clinch studs, M5 washers and nylocs. 

Bolt the door stays to the bottom of the fuel box using M6x16 button head, a nyloc washer and nylocs. 

Fasten the door stays together using M6x16 button head, a nyloc washer and nylocs. 

Fasten these bolts however make sure they aren't too tight to allow easy movement of the door. 

Your fuel box door should now open and close like so. 

Cut the excess off the breather hose. Ensure you do not cut the green o ring off the breather hose. 

Slide some supplied fuel line and fasten a hose clamp to secure to the hose line. 

Fasten the other end to the breather nipple using a hose clamp. 

Attach the nipple back to the fuel filler. 

Bolt the fuel pump to the pump bracket using x2 M6x25 hex heads with a washer on the back and nylocs. 

Plug the pump plug back in. 

Bolt the pump bracket to the tray using M12x35 a washer on each side, a nyloc  and tighten. 

Make sure the bracket clears the chassis and any other parts it may foul. 

Cable tie the fuel hoses in the shown locations. 

Cable tie the breather to the tray.
