Receiving Reusable Pallet and Keg Wraps (Remove base straps)

Receive reusable-wrapped pallet of cartons or kegs. Remove base straps and tuck them into the wrap.

Place it in racking as per normal.

PICKING CARTONS (1) Remove upper straps and unload cases as per normal. (2) Resecure straps to the 2nd ring when tension required. (3) Return straps flat against the velcro on the left if you're leaving them untensioned.

PICKING KEGS (1) Remove wrap from the metal ring to pick kegs. (2) Resecure by tensioning the end of the wrap through the metal ring.

Remove wrap when 2-3 cartons high, 3-6 kegs full, or as needed.

ROLLING PALLET WRAPS (1) Move wrap to a clear space. Lay it with straps facing down and ensure the straps are velcro'd closed in their original position. (2) Roll from the strap end towards the metal rings, ensuring you tuck all loose straps into the roll. (3) Tighten the roll towards the end, and close the 2 velcro end tabs.

ROLLING KEG WRAPS (1) Lay wrap with the logo facing down. (2) Fold in 3rds from the metal ring end. (3) Keeping the base straps tucked within the wrap, roll tightly towards the end.

Place rolled wraps into your storage bin.
