Install Corrugator Cartridge (I-Flute & A-Flute)

Close main steam valve and isolate with gate valve lockout doughnut.

Stop Module Facer by pressing red stop button on control panel

Step 3 of 11

Press indicated button to move glue unit until it stops in its outermost position

Step 4 of 11

Close valve for CR-I using bespoke tool.

Step 5 of 11

Activate CR swing change panel using key switch. Move corrugating roll modules by pressing white buttons in the indicated sequence (1-5).

Step 6 of 11

Activate 'CR Change' panel using key switch. Carefully manouvre I-Flute cartridge into corrugator

Step 7 of 11

Rotate locating pin into position. Use paper reel core to push cartridge into the corrugator until locating pin drops into position.

Step 8 of 11

Lower three red hydraulic levers. Fasten quick connect hydraulic hoses to operator side and then drive side connectors.

Step 9 of 11

Remove steam blinding plate. Caution: This plate may be hot if A or I flute has been run previously.

Step 10 of 11

Attach steam hose plate and fasten securely using socket wrench. Ensure steam plates mate properly

Step 11 of 11

Raise corrugating roll module into place by holding down white button (1). Engage roll module lock and safety lock by pressing white buttons indicated (2 & 3)
