Customer Service Standards
Our customer service team sets the tone for the entire store. Customers judge our business by how quickly we respond, how well we listen, how clearly we explain work, and whether we follow through on our promises. In many cases, the first voice a customer hears on the phone or the first greeting they receive at the counter determines how they feel about the business.
•Greet every customer promptly, warmly, and professionally, in person or by phone.
•Use a positive, friendly tone that makes the customer feel welcome and comfortable.
•Smile when speaking on the phone because it helps your voice sound more open and helpful.
•Present yourself with calm, confident body language, including good posture, steady eye contact, and an attentive stance.
•Listen first before recommending products or services.
•Use the customer’s name where appropriate to make the conversation more personal.
•Explain technical information in simple, everyday terms.
•Be honest about pricing, stock, wait times, and repair limitations.
•Never guess. If unsure, confirm with a technician or manager.
•Focus on safety, suitability, and long-term value rather than the cheapest option only.
•Keep the customer updated if timing or scope changes.
•Finish every interaction with a clear summary of what happens next.
•Thank the customer for calling, visiting, waiting, or choosing the store.
Service Promise: We aim to make every customer feel welcomed, informed, respected, and confident in their decision. A positive welcome, calm tone, professional appearance, and helpful attitude should be part of every customer interaction.
